We celebrated our 25th anniversary at a tented camp in the Serengeti. The sunset, the lions, the champagne — absolutely magical. Thank you Kassim.

August 2025

A private dinner set up in the middle of the Serengeti — table under the stars, champagne already cold, a fire crackling nearby. Our guide had arranged it all without us asking. The lions provided the soundtrack. We still talk about that night more than anything else from our trip.

February 2026

Five days in the bush followed by four nights in Zanzibar was exactly the right balance. The wildlife intensity of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, then complete relaxation on the coast. Nobody does this combination better than Kassim's team.

Common Questions

Honeymoon Safari FAQ

Can you arrange special surprises for my partner?
Absolutely. We regularly arrange room decorations, champagne on arrival, handwritten notes, flower petal turndowns, and private dining setups. Tell us what you have in mind — or let us surprise you. We have done this many times and know what works.
Is this only for honeymooners?
Not at all. This itinerary is perfect for anniversaries, engagements, birthdays, or any couple who wants a romantic and luxurious trip. We have also designed proposals in the Serengeti — just ask.
What luxury lodges do you use?
We work with the finest properties in Tanzania including premium Serengeti lodge, premium safari properties, ultra-luxury safari operator, and premium tented camp. We match the lodge to your style and budget. Every property on this itinerary has been personally vetted.
Can I extend the Zanzibar portion?
Yes. Most honeymooners add 2-3 extra days on Zanzibar. We can also arrange island-hopping to Pemba Island or Mafia Island for a more secluded experience.
What is the best time of year for a honeymoon safari?
June to October offers dry weather, concentrated wildlife, and the Great Migration. July and August are the most popular honeymoon months. January and February are warm, green, and less crowded — beautiful for photos.
How private is this safari?
Completely private. You have your own vehicle, your own guide, your own schedule. Game drives start and end when you want. Sundowners and bush breakfasts are set up exclusively for you. There are no other guests in your vehicle.
